On October 30th, 2024, JA College transformed into a Halloween wonderland, bringing together students, teachers, and staff for a night filled with spooky fun, creative costumes, and unforgettable memories. The Happy Halloween Party was more than just a celebration—it was a chance for our community to connect, share laughs, and show off some incredible Halloween spirit. From costumes and candy hunts to scary stories and movies, this year’s Halloween event had it all!

A Campus Full of Costumes

Halloween at JA College was a sight to behold, with everyone embracing the costume spirit. Students, teachers, and staff all joined in, wearing costumes that ranged from the chilling to the charming. Some dressed as classic horror characters, adding a scary touch to the evening, while others opted for popular animation and Disney characters, adding a whimsical twist. Excitement buzzed in the air as students looked forward to seeing each other’s costumes and snapping photos with friends dressed in imaginative outfits.

Party Preparations: Snacks, Drinks, and Decor

No party is complete without treats! Before the Halloween festivities officially began, students prepared snacks and beverages, filling the room with delicious scents and Halloween-themed goodies.

Once the party kicked off, the much-anticipated Costume Contest was underway. Students and staff gathered to admire each other’s costumes, with some characters drawing screams and others impressing the crowd with creativity and detail.

One of the night’s highlights was the Halloween Candy Hunt. Students raced around the campus, searching high and low for hidden Halloween candies. The goal? To collect as many as possible! With treats scattered across the grounds, it turned into a fun-filled frenzy.

Spooky Story Time: Sharing Chills and Thrills

No Halloween party would be complete without a few good scares. During the Scary Story Session, students gathered in a dimly lit area to share their best horror tales. Some stories were based on real experiences, while others were imaginative and spine-chilling. The atmosphere was tense, with gasps and nervous laughter filling the room as each storyteller took their turn. This spooky session left everyone with chills and created a Halloween memory we won’t soon forget!

Late-Night Horror Movie Marathon

To wrap up the evening, everyone settled in for a Horror Movie Marathon. Watching two Hollywood horror classics, students and staff braved the suspense and jumped at every scare. The dark room, combined with the eerie silence between scenes, made for a thrilling and fun experience. As the movies played on until late into the night, everyone enjoyed the perfect ending to a perfect Halloween.
